We all can picture the stereotypical willowy ballerina, but not all dancers fit that picture. If you've got a few more curves than the average ballerina, how do you choose your dancewear that will be both comfortable and flattering? One of the things I appreciate most about this video is the advice Jana gives us to buy a large enough size. It's absolutely dumb to let your vanity fool you into going for a size smaller than reality suggests. When you walk into the room looking like a stuffed sausage, the only one you're fooling is yourself!
And while we're on the subject of voluptuous full-figured dancers, just take a look at the dance group "Fat Chance" and tell me that plump dancers can't be graceful, sexy, and gorgeous!

Dance is for everyone, not just a certain body type. It's good for the health, the body and the soul. It's a joy to behold, so go ahead and dance! Please share this.
